ProNorth Medical Corporation was established in British Columbia, Canada, and serves medical professionals from all fields in North America. To help healthcare professionals improve patient outcomes and lower medical costs, the company provides high-quality products at affordable prices, including its PPE products that have been tested and validated to meet healthcare standards. The company’s owner Robert Horne, has over three decades of experience in medical sales and distribution, with a 25-year tenure at Johnson and Johnson Medical.
The Challenge
ProNorth Medical Corporation reached out to SmartSites to rework and develop their Shopify site as its old e-Commerce site’s UX interface was outdated and inefficient. The client also needed to create a stronger strategy to convert leads to sales and increase revenue. In addition, the organic search performance and SEO ranking were lackluster and needed a stronger focus on search keywords in its product content.
The Plan
SmartSites developed and launched the client’s new Shopify site, featuring a more user-friendly interface with an intuitive and contemporary design that matches the brand’s theme and message. To generate more sales leads, we used Klaviyo to send monthly email campaigns to mailing list subscribers and send automated email flows to welcome new subscribers, recover abandoned carts and encourage repeat purchases. We also crafted new content such as a Black Friday Buying Guide for product category pages and blog posts to boost search keywords for SEO performance and drive organic traffic.
